Last week, I was down in FL with around 300 of our kids from Port City along with 3000 other kids from around the country at Big Stuf’s week at Daytona. There was a lot goin on to say the least. I was asked to help with security for our group as we went down. We helped to get everyone to and from the sessions, which were at a conference center across the street from the Hilton we stayed at, safely. The kids were great for the most part, but it seemed like the majority of the other 3000 had a death wish at times.

Fee and the guys did a great job with worship. Always solid, and always thumpin, if you will. This was the first time I got to hear Francis Chan and the first time in a while for Andy Stanley. They were both right on with all they were hittin with. Chan’s talk on how we as believers should deal with pain is amazing. After leading worship yesterday at RE and Tsu, I could definitely tell that the Big Stuf momentum was in full effect. I’ve been praying since we left that we could use that momentum in a way that will cause more and more kids to be reached through RE and Tsu.
